By entering into a Rental Agreement or making a payment through goshenministorage.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Company does not provide refunds, credits, or proration for:
– Early termination of a rental agreement,
– Failure to use or occupy a storage unit, or
– Any unused portion of a rental period.

2. You are responsible for reviewing all rental terms and unit specifications prior to entering into an agreement.

3. In the event of any billing discrepancies or issues, you must notify the Company promptly at goshenministorage@gmail.com or 479-900-4406,
and we will work in good faith to resolve the matter.

By proceeding with a rental or payment, you agree to this No Refunds Policy in its entirety.
