1. Eligibility and Use of Services
1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to rent a storage unit or use our Services.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for or using our Services.
1.3 You may use our Site and Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Rental Agreements
2.1 All storage unit rentals are subject to a written Rental Agreement, which shall govern the relationship between you and the Company in addition to these Terms.
2.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall control.

3. Payments
3.1 Rent and other charges must be paid in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
3.2 We reserve the right to change fees, charges, and payment terms at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
3.3 Late fees and other penalties may apply as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 All payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable.
4.2 We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for early move-outs, cancellations, or unused time within a rental period.
4.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing all terms, fees, and unit details prior to entering into a Rental Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services.
5.2 The Company’s liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of rent paid by you during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and materials appearing on the Site are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the Company’s prior written consent.

7. Modifications
7.1 The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas
